Grand Parents Day

On Friday, the 25th July, we were thrilled to celebrate Grandparents Day alongside National Tree Planting Day – and what a memorable morning it was!
We began the day with a beautiful Grandparents Mass. The church was filled with love, and it was heart warming to see so many families coming together. The students were beaming with pride to have their grandparents and special people there in person – or featured in the photo slideshow displayed during Mass.
Following the Mass, our guests were warmly welcomed back into the classrooms. Excitement grew as we shared our next activity – heading outside to plant trees together in celebration of National Tree Planting Day. This meaningful activity allowed students and their special guests to leave a lasting legacy, as the trees they planted will grow over time and stand as a reminder of this shared moment.
We then returned indoors to enjoy a lovely morning tea, giving everyone more time to connect.
It was a wonderful morning filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories – a true celebration of connection between generations and care for our environment.
