Year 2's Altina Excursion
Term 1 Week 10
"On Tuesday, 1st of April, Year Two went to Altina Wildlife Park. We went on Priest Coaches with 'Preisty' as the bus driver. We learnt that he likes to talk to us whilst driving the bus.
Firstly, we got to school early ready for the Zoo excursion at 7:30am. Then Mrs Chapman did the roll and we travelled an hour and a half to Narrandera. We arrived at the playground. It was a big playground with lots of fun equipment.
We arrived at Altina and went around the mini zoo, we saw red pandas, monkeys, tamarins, Tasmanian devils, meerkats and crocodiles."
