Prep | Bluegum

This term in Prep has been exciting and exhilarating! We are learning to identify features of narratives, partition big numbers into 10s and ones, and read food packaging to identify where our food comes from. 

Most recent highlights in Prep include:

• Singing one of our favourite songs, Mary of the Cross in the St Mary Mackillop Mass
• Learning to read and write digraphs (two letters that make one sound e.g. ‘sh’
• Playing ‘subtraction snakes and ladders’ 
• Enjoying icy poles in the sunshine on Friday afternoon, thanks Mrs Hall!

We are looking forward to a fantastic rest of the term filled with growth, learning and lots of fun.
