Dear families,
Strategic Plan
We are excited to introduce our Strategic Plan for 2024 to 2027, which will shape our school's direction over the next few years. This plan outlines clear and achievable steps that will help us reach our long-term goals.
Our Strategic Plan focuses on three main areas: Teaching & Learning, Positive Behaviour Management, and Projects, which include Parent Engagement, the Library, Sustainability initiatives, and the Little Dove Café.
We value your input and invite you to share your thoughts on our strategic plan, including what you believe should be our top priorities. Please take a couple of minutes to complete the survey, as your feedback is essential to our planning process.

Staffing Update
This week we welcomed Lorraine, our new school counsellor. Lorraine is a very experienced counsellor who joins us due to Whitney’s maternity leave. Lorraine will be working with us each Wednesday and Thursday. Please reach out if you would like to meet Lorraine or if you believe your child would benefit from our school counselling services.
We say ‘farewell’ to Donna Meaghan who has accepted a Marketing and Communications position at MacKillop College. Donna has been instrumental in our school rebranding over the past 5 years. She is responsible for the newsletters, new school logo, uniforms and signage around the community. We can’t thank you enough for all your hard work and dedication. Donna will continue to help us with the newsletter until we find a suitable replacement.
Student Leaders
As a school we celebrated our new school leaders at a liturgy last week.
We are pleased to announce our Term 3 School Captains: Kyle Doan and Layla Hill, and our Vice Captain: Theo Taylor. We are sure they will show great leadership and set an excellent example for our students.
We thank Hollie, Adnan and Jason for their strong leadership in Term 2. I’m sure they will continue to show the school their leadership skills for the remainder of 2024.
