Job:

A job, or occupation, is a person's role in society. More specifically, a job is an activity, often regular and often performed in exchange for payment ("for a living")

Children can discuss what they would like to be when they are older. From here they can write a letter to their future selves explaining what they would like to do for a job when they are older.
