Winter Sport AFL

Firstly, we arrived at the Alfredton football ground where we were met with various schools across Ballarat. We had our first game against Ballarat Grammar, all our players played hard and had a red hot go, but unfortunately we got out played by them. We had a break for lunch and had a kick of the footy and headed off to the game against Clarendon. Again, we had a blast and played wonderfully as a team, but sadly we lost. But in our third and last game against Haddon we had a ripper of a game and this time we outplayed them. It was a fun day filled with mateship. By Riley and Laykin.

Division Cross Country.

18 students competed at Division Cross Country on Friday 10th May. The course was at Prince of Wales Park and over 40 Primary Schools had competitors. Our students did a fantastic job and they were very proud of their achievements. Huon qualified to compete at the Regional Cross Country event in Warrnambool. We wish him luck and can’t wait to hear how he went.
