Canning City Football Club

On 23 May our Canning City Football Club U12 Girls team took to the ASC football pitch in a friendly match against Ranford Football Club's U12 Girls team.

This game was intended to give the girls some extra match practice during the current winter football season. Even though it was a friendly match, our girls started quickly out of the gate, scoring two early goals with one more just before half time to go 3–0 up. The second half got off to a flyer with the Ranford girls scoring from a well-struck free kick that hit the top right corner. Our CCFC girls continued to play strong defence before scoring another two goals.

Thank you to the coaches and the team manager of this girls' team for organising the match with Ranford FC.

The ASC girls in this team are: Amy Xu (Year 7), Arielle Lu (Year 6), Chloe Covic (Year 7), Emma Roos (Year 7), Eva Vassallo (Year 7), Jessica Gawthrope (Year 7), Penelope Cobb (Year 7), Sophia Tomlinson (Year 7), and Tilly Drury (Year 7).

ASC Football Program – Current Winter season

The All Saints’ College Football program saw the commencement of our partnership with Canning City Football Club, with teams across Junior and Senior Schools having their first round of Football West fixtures on Sunday 21 April 2024. Under the expert guidance of J&J Football Training, our talented students have dedicated to developing their skills and tactical gameplay understanding over the recent pre-season and, as a result, showcased tremendous teamwork, skills and enthusiasm during their first official fixture.

The incredible support we receive from our College community continues to drive this program forwards, and the consistent encouragement has helped our players not only to fuel their determination to improve, but also to compete with sportsmanship and the College values on show.

Fixtures continue throughout Terms 2 and 3 every Sunday morning at various locations across the Perth metro area.
