Celebrating our Dedicated Life Members

On Sunday 26 May, three valuable longstanding members of our Parents and Friends' Association were presented with an Honorary Life Membership for their commitment and valuable contributions to our community over the years. Thirl Millachip was awarded the Life Membership while Phil Angel (appointed in 2001) and Jeremy Allen (appointed in 2003) were belatedly presented with the official certificate. 

These members are well-deserving of this honour for their dedication, commitment and countless contributions to both the P&F and the College over the years.

Our Life Members were all extremely delighted to receive their awards, presented by P&F President Kate Dallimore. Many current P&F executive committee members also attended to acknowledge their significant contributions. 

Congratulations, and special thanks, to our passionate Life Members who have helped make a tangible difference to the College community as well as inspired a culture of giving back.

Last Friday morning, the P&F hosted our free coffee morning for parents at Wanju by The Little Parry. We extend a heartfelt thank you to all the parents who came down to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and some great company, courtesy of the P&F. We appreciate your ongoing support of the P&F!

Notice of Special General Meeting

Wednesday 19 June at 6.00pm | All Saints' College Boardroom

Notice is given of a Special General Meeting of the Parents & Friends' Association, to be held on Wednesday 19 June 2024 at All Saints' College.

At the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Association (15 February 2023), a proposal to amend the Constitution was made and passed by the required majority of members voting. The amendments agreed to were largely to comply with the provisions of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA) (the Act), and the Association has been operating under those Constitutional provisions since that time.

The Constitution as amended by the 2023 AGM is available on the P&F’s page in the MyASC website. However, a provision in the Act requires Incorporated Associations to advise the regulator under the Act of changes agreed to within 30 days of the decision being made. Unfortunately this was not done in 2023, and the proposal is simply to reaffirm the Association’s support for the Constitution as amended at the 2023 AGM, under which the Association has operated since then.
