Cross Country Training Day
All Year 7, 9 and 10 ASC Cross Country squad members attended the annual Cross Country Training Day at Alderbury Reserve on Monday 20 May.
It was a great morning, with students jogging around Alderbury Reserve and having the opportunity to talk about race day strategy whilst familiarising themselves with the course.
