KidsView Social Justice day

Prep and Yr 6 Buddy Time

Our Prep students recently enjoyed a special Buddy Time session with their Year 6 buddies as they explored the story of Pentecost together. 

Students learned about the coming of the Holy Spirit and the symbols connected to Pentecost, including flames. Working together, the buddies completed a meaningful craft activity to make a Holy Spirit head piece, with the Year 6 students helping and encouraging their Prep partners throughout the session. 

It was wonderful to see the friendships, teamwork and care shared between the students as they learnt more about this important event in our faith.
