Term 4 Reflections Year 7

The best thing about living in the boarding house this year has been getting used to having strict rules that benefit us more and becoming more familiar with our classmates. - Allina

A highlight of this year was going to Phillip Island and seeing cool cars and going to AFL games. I like when we do our work and look up to outside and we can see the Tigers players training. - Clancy

This year I have learned lots of things like making improper fractions to mixed numbers. - Derek

A highlight of this year was when we went to Canberra with the Year 8's and it was a long drive. We even got to use our phones on the way to Canberra. - Greenisha

A highlight of this year was going to the snow because I got to see it snowing at Mount Buller. - Harmony 

This year I am proud of talking at the Gala dinner in front of 400 people. Famous and important people were in the audience, who help to support MITS by donating money. We raised over half a million dollars! - Houston

This year I have learned about angles in Maths and how to know if it is a type of angle by looking at the angle with a protractor to find the degrees. - Jacob

The best thing about living in the boarding house this year has been having a good morning and bedtime routine, having street leave, playing basketball and footy and going on fun trips every weekend. - Jaemon

Something I am looking forward to next year is having a new classroom and new teachers. Having 3 basketball courts outside and an indoor one and a footy oval nearby. I am alos looking forward to finding out about the partner schools the next year. - Jhye

A highlight of this year was doing the egg drop challenge and wellbeing Thursday. I loved it because we got to hang out with the Year 8's. - Laelani

This year I am proud of how hard I worked on getting into MITS and coming down away from family to go school for a better education in the middle of the year. - Latia

This year I am proud of completing year 7 and making it to year 8. I am really proud of all the friends I made, moving away from home, living in Melbourne and trying hard to get a  good education. - Marcus

A challenge this year was trying something new like surfing, because I had lots of fun on the water and surfing is in my top ten favorite things to do, when I thought it was not going to be that good. - Ricky
