Company Membership Renewal 2024 - Reminder to Renew 

Company Membership renewal information was emailed to the members of Moama Anglican Grammar Ltd in January. This email explained that in the interests of individual choice, Moama Anglican Grammar Ltd (the Company) would like to give parent members the option as to whether to renew their membership each year and no longer undertake automatic renewal.

The annual renewal form to remain a member of the Company for 2024 is available here.  The annual membership fee for 2024 is $5 which must be paid by 15 March 2024 to remain a member. Company members are invited to complete the membership renewal form and email it to the Company Secretary (sbarry@moamagrammar.nsw.edu.au).

In 2024 the Company will be reviewing its Constitution with a view to updating the Constitution for general modernisation, and appropriate tailoring for a not-for-profit school and registered charity. Members who choose to renew their membership in 2024 will be given the opportunity to attend the 2024 Annual General Meeting and to vote on the Constitution amendments after the review is complete.

Members who choose not to renew their membership in 2024 will cease to be members of the Company and will no longer have membership rights, including attending and voting at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. This choice will not impact a student’s enrolment at the School.
