Wellbeing

This term, we have introduced a new lunchtime club to support students who might need a break from the bustling yard. The group offers a low-pressure environment, inviting students to make art and be creative if they wish or simply relax and enjoy the calm space with their friends.
It has had a successful start, with students already enjoying the creative opportunities the group offers. They’ve been making friendship bracelets, creating posters for one another, and the older students have been demonstrating their school values when younger students choose to join in.
The group is inclusive, and all students should be supported and encouraged to attend. You don’t need to be ‘good’ at art, we’re all expressive and creative in our own unique ways.
Please encourage your children to come along and give it a go. It runs every Thursday in Room 21 from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
I look forward to meeting more new faces.
