Senior Art Show

Last Tuesday evening the Art and Design faculties welcomed our community into the school to view the final works of our Year 12 Art Making & Exhibiting, Media, Product Design & Technologies and Visual Communication Design students.

The evening was a wonderful celebration of their creativity, commitment, diversity of practice and personal expression. It was such a joy to witness families, staff and peers engaging with the innovative ideas and impressive presentations on display.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported our students to reach these brilliant outcomes, both at home and at school.

The hard work of Ms Martin’s Year 12 Art Making and Exhibiting students have not gone unnoticed, especially as I'm one of these students myself. It has been an intense year filled with lots of hard work, conceptualising, writing and planning. However, being able to see the art pieces of my fellow students and the work of the talented VCD, Product Design, and Media students at our Senior Art Show, has truly reminded me why Art always has and always will be my favourite subject at school.
