NHS Volleyball

On the 9th of September Northcote High’s junior volleyball teams had a great day at the Volleyball Victoria One Day Schools cup. Northcote was a strong contender for medals with our Year 9 Girls A team coming out on top to win gold in Division 1! 

Our Year 7 Girls also came out with a medal, coming in 2nd place and claiming their first medal as a team! It was a great day for all our other teams with most just narrowly missing out on the podium places.  

We would like to thank all the teachers that came out to support us as we know it’s a big day for everyone! Big shout out to Ms Hales and Pauline for organising everything, and to Mr Dalla, we missed you at this one!  

With the Volleyball Vic Junior Open still to come in November, all our teams are back to training to prepare for one of the best school tournaments of the year!
