Year 11
Term three was only nine weeks but it has been an incredibly busy time for our Year 11 VCE and VM students. Not only have they been working towards meeting outcomes, but many have been taking advantage of the wonderful extra-curricular activities that have been on offer. The formal, production and 4 C’s have all been highlights throughout term three.
As we move into term four, we want to take the opportunity to wish students and families all the best for the break. Term four will be here before we know it. Upon return, we hit the ground running with structured workplace learning, Year 11 and 12 exams and our step-up period.
We look forward to seeing all students when we return for term four.

📚 Unit 3/4 VCAA Exams: Final Preparation & Support
As the school-assessed coursework for Units 3 and 4 is now complete, the focus shifts to the VCAA examination period, which is fast approaching.
To help students prepare, practice exams have started and will continue throughout the September holidays. These exams replicate official VCAA conditions, including the exact reading and writing times, giving students a valuable opportunity to experience the real exam environment.
Important Resources:
All students should have received the VCAA Exam Navigator booklet by now. This booklet contains essential information including:
- VCAA exam rules and regulations
- Exam dates and times
- Approved materials and equipment
We encourage both students and parents to review this booklet carefully. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- Free online revision lectures are available to all students.
Subject teachers are working hard to review key skills and knowledge with their classes.

VCE VM:
As we wrapped up Term 3 this week, we farewelled some of our VCE-VM students. We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of them. They will not be forgotten and have left a lasting impression on us all.
Many of them finished the week by sharing messages of gratitude, which brought tears to both Mrs Fitzgerald and myself (Ms MacDonald).
We wish the rest of our cohort a safe and happy holiday, and we look forward to seeing everyone back on the 6th of October!
