Park Run News

Park run is a great way to stay healthy and have fun and is open to all year levels. It helps improve your fitness, strength, and energy while also making you feel good. Our Park Run participants earn certificates for the distances they run. If you would like to take part, meet us at the fitness track 8:15am on Wednesdays.
