Bookings for Biz - E - Kidz 2024 Before and After school care are now open

Booking requests can be made online through ‘Smartcentral’ by following the links following:

Enrol at Biz – E – Kidz Molesworth Street (Juniors after school care)

Enrol at Biz – E – Kidz Errol Street (Before school care, seniors after school care and pupil free day / vacation care)

It is recommended that you enrol in both campus services, and only make a booking for the programs you require.

Biz-E-Kidz offers permanent (ongoing, same sessions each week) bookings as well as casual (one-off, ad-hoc) bookings, subject to availability and Priority of Access guidelines.

Permanent booking requests can be made in your enrollment application.

Information about booking holiday programs including program plans is published via COMPASS in the weeks prior to the school holidays each term.

Friday 24th November-before and after school care bookings close

Bookings can be made after this date but will not be eligible for the first round of priority of access. Due to holiday season closure, any bookings made after the 20th of December will be confirmed after 8th of January 2024

Week beginning 4th December-Confirmation

Enrolments and bookings will be confirmed via Smartcentral email. New families will receive an email invitation to access their Smartcentral account. Please follow the instructions to access this, as it will provide you with sign-in/out PINs.

Please note

New families do not owe any fees until after the commencement of care in 2024. They will receive a direct debit invitation with your confirmation. Current families should ensure all fees are up to date before December 15th 2023 to secure a 2024 before and after school care booking. Biz - E - Kidz may refuse a booking due to unpaid fees. See below for a schedule of fees.

Child Care Subsidy

Child Care Subsidy changed in July 2023 to include a wider range of families. We highly recommend looking at the following websites to check what subsidy amount your family could receive and to learn more about the subsidy. To receive child care subsidy, be sure to include the parent and the child's customer reference numbers in your enrolment application. Please ensure ‘Parent 1’ is the parent eligible for CCS in your enrolment application.

The Biz - E - Kidz Summer 2024 holiday program plan is now available

Holiday Program Bookings open - Monday 27th November

Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral Errol Street Campus account. If you do not have a Errol street campus Biz - E - Kidz account, you will need to create one.

Holiday Program Bookings Close - Friday 1st December

Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability.

Confirmations of places - Week Beginning 4th December

Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families via Smartcentral.

Deposits due and last day to make changes - Friday 15th December

A $10 per child per day deposit is due and last date to make any changes to your holiday program booking. Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee.

Holiday program fee increase

Beginning the 2024 Summer holiday program, some fees will increase to the following:

In-house days: $70 per child per child per day (before child care subsidy),

Incursion days: $80 per child per day (before child care subsidy),

Optional Excursion days: $90 per child per day. (Excursions will be optional: families can opt out of the excursion and pay the inhouse rate of $70 per child per day. Excursions will still be divided by year levels. Before child care subsidy),

Holiday Program Deposits: A deposit of $10 per child per day will be charged before 15 December 2024. This deposit will be applied as a credit against the total amount owing, which will occur after the holiday program has completed, and

Change of booking/cancelation/no-show fee. Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after 15/12/23 will be subject to a $30 per child per day administration fee.
