The efforts of our Year 7 and 8 students who entered the CIS Junior Italian Poetry Recitation Competition have been recognised and praised. The judge, who listened to the recitations, was impressed with their enthusiasm and the way in which our students conducted themselves. 

We are proud to announce that East Doncaster Secondary College has again been successful in achieving outstanding results in this competition announcing that two of our students have been recognised for their award-winning recitations. These students stood out amongst all the students in Melbourne who participated in the competition. They are; 

Gavin K for Year 7  Non - Italian - Primo Premio  (First Place) 

and

Siena S for Year 8  Non – Italian - Secondo Premio (Second Place) 

These students will both receive a prize. 

Eight other students were awarded with a Certificato di Lode  (Honourable Mention). 

Congratulations to our winners and to all our entrants. We are so proud of their efforts.

Certificates will be handed out at a later date.
