Mr Irwin's Message
Hello families and welcome to this week's BUMPER newsletter! There's a range of important dates and information regarding Camps, Excursions and end of year fun to get your head around. Because of this I am going to keep my spiel very brief so you can take the time to read and take note of the dates that will impact your family as we head into the silly season!
Please take the time to have a read of Mr Linday's Wellbeing page on Healthy Eating! This is timely to have a chat with your children particularly after Halloween, but also too because I have noticed and increase in students visiting the shop before and after school with the increased amount of bike riders in Term 4. It would be great to see healthy lunchboxes across the school every day as food is the fuel for learning!
Teachers have spent the day looking at student assessment and writing end of semester reports. A reminder to all families tomorrow is our Public Holiday to observe the Melbourne Cup. It is a terrific chance in Term 4 to have a few days to take a breather from school and 'refresh' before we enter a period of transition, graduation, orientation, excursions, camps and celebration of another busy and successful school year!
Sports Scholarship
On Friday at assembly Lachlan Flett was presented by Principal Adamou of North Geelong Secondary College with a Sporting Excellence scholarship. Congratulations on this achievement Lachlan, it was wonderful to see you presented with this at assembly. The very best of luck with your sporting achievements in secondary school and beyond.

Book Club
A reminder to families, all Book Club orders must be placed online via LOOP which is the Linked Online Ordering and Payment platform for Parents. Our big Christmas edition will be out soon.

How to order
Click on ORDER in the top menu or REGISTER first to save your details for the first time. Select Teesdale PS and your child’s class. Add your child’s name and last initial. Enter the item number from the brochure.
You can order for multiple children at once. All orders are linked directly to the school.
Our school receives bonus points, which are redeemed for a variety of books for the children therefore we thank you for your continued support.
Scholastic Book Club brochures will be sent home soon which will be the big Christmas issue. Books will be distributed through your child’s classroom.
If parents wish to collect them personally from the office, please let the school know.
