Empowering Future Leaders: Junior AECG's Exciting Journey

As we dive into the heart of the academic year, we're thrilled to share the inspiring progress of our Junior AECG. This dynamic group of emerging leaders has been making waves, leaving an indelible mark on our school community.

With the dawn of 2023, the baton of leadership is being passed on, as elections for the 2023/2024 Junior AECG leadership team are in full swing. It's encouraging to witness our young talents stepping up to embrace the mantle of leadership with vigor and enthusiasm.

Recently, our students participated in a Leadership Day at Mount View High School, an event that united budding leaders from local schools. This day was an immersive experience that showcased the power of hands-on cultural learning. Our students engaged in activities that ranged from cooking with native foods to honing navigation and leadership skills. Traditional games fostered teamwork and friendship, while heartfelt yarning sessions explored the bright future that lies ahead for our mob.

A special mention goes to the exceptional trio—Sam Tedd, Mason Walmsley, and Lewis Jones—who represented our school with distinction. Their leadership, positive attitude, and involvement with younger students gathered praise from the staff at Mount View High School. These young men embodied the spirit of leadership throughout the day.

Looking ahead, our Junior AECG leadership team is actively crafting their legacy project for 2023. While details remain under wraps, their excitement is visible, and we can't wait to witness the positive impact it will undoubtedly have on our school community.
