Wellbeing Wrap Up 

What a memorable week it has been in our school bringing our wonderful DPS community together for a student led puppet show. 

I would like to congratulate and thank 6J and 6S who collaborated to present the show. Many students stepped out of their comfort zone to take on different roles. 

Some themes explored in the performance include teamwork skills, positive friendship traits, self respect, clear communication, forgiveness, kindness. We hope the students who watched the show enjoyed the experience. 

Here is what some students had to share about the experience:

Seb - we showed great leadership and support working together. Things didn't always go right but we moved on and had a good attitude. 

Shayan- we persisted at the started to learn our parts but as we practised more and improved our team skills and communication. 

Siddak- the audience members watching our puppet show can remember the values we taught them about being resilient and being respectful.
