Grade 6 Report

It has been a busy term and Grade 6 students have been working hard.  With the Science Fair and the Drama Show, we are relieved to have finally finished Term 3.

Drama Show

The Drama Show has been an amazing experience knowing that some of us may not see each other the next following years. A group of students along with teachers spent their time creating props for the show. Other students signed up for dancing and practised every Friday finishing off the show with their amazing talents and moves. In the end, the performance was interesting and pretty funny with the comedic lines. Most of the students were nervous but it all paid off in the end.

Special thanks to our cameraman, Rowan, the dance teacher, Ms. McCall, and our drama teacher, Glynis, who has helped the Grade 6 children plan their play and perform it.

Science Fair

In the past six weeks children have researched their own scientific concept, planned presentations and made brilliant models. On September 12th, we held our Science Expo, where parents and students got to come and look at our models. It was a fun experience for everyone and each student enjoyed learning about their scientific concept as much as the parents did. Well done, Grade 6!
