Boarding News

Mrs Kathryn Searle - Head of Boarding

Thank you for a wonderful term which has been jam-packed with activities, sport, assessments, and block exams. Well done to all students for their dedication to their studies and thank you to our staff for their support and dedication to our boarders.

Thank you also to the parents and carers who joined us on Tuesday evening for the Friends of Boarding meeting hosted by Kylee Easton.

Food Survey

This week the boarders received a food survey for completion so we can receive valuable feedback on food offerings in boarding. A copy of the survey was also sent to parents and carers for your information and to assist your child to complete if required. The results will be shared with you at the beginning of Term 3.

Medication

Please be reminded, as per our Medication Policy in the Boarding House, if we provide medication for your child, it will be kept safely in our First Aid Room and administered accordingly. Students are not to hold medications in their rooms, this includes Panadol and Nurofen.

Term 3 Return

Boarders’ return day for Term 3 is Monday 8 July. We will be in-house from 8:00am on this day.  Please remind students of the uniform policy upon their return from holidays:  natural coloured hair; no acrylic nails; no fake tans or eyelashes; and no other piercings other than one sleeper or stud earring only per ear. Please note, approved pearl earrings are to be the size of the Uniform Shop supplied pearls.
