Spelling: Year 3 sound focus this week is the /igh/ sound, with a grammar focus on present participle. Year 4 sound focus is on u for /oo/ with a grammar focus on changing verb tenses.

Writer’s Workshop:We will be finishing our polished piece and writing fact files on peacemakers.
Reader’s Workshop: To link with our Inquiry, we will explore different perspectives in literature.
Mathematics: We continue to demonstrate our understanding of graphing by analysing and interpreting results in graphs.
Unit of Inquiry: We will be exploring peacemaking throughout Australian and World history, with a specific focus on 1780 – 1788.
