Dear God,
As they receive this precious sacrament of Reconciliation and First Eucharist, may our children come to know you, the one true loving and merciful God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. May your Holy Spirit help them to grow in faith, hope, and love, so they may know Your peace, truth, and goodness.
Amen.
On Thursday 20th June 2024, five of our young people completed the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This is a special sacrament that is instituted by Jesus Christ in his love and mercy to offer us forgiveness for the times we have sinned and turned away from God.
Congratulations to the following students: Archie Floyd, Elinor Hill, Mackenna Cleaver, Kayden Williams and Cooper Williams.
This Sunday 23rd June 2024, the following students will be completing the Sacrament of First Eucharist - Clancy Robinson, Chaise Martin, Arlie Rosser, Elliot Bush and Tristan Nguyen.
The Sacrament of First Eucharist is the sacrament that is apart of the process of initiation into the Catholic community. When candidates share in the sacred meal of the Catholic community for the first time, they do so as fully initiated members. Eucharist is unique among the sacraments.
We invite our school and parish community to this wonderful occasion and wish all of our young people participating in this special sacrament all the best for Sunday.
On Tuesday 18th June 2024, our Year 6 students participated in the Year 6 Religion Test.
Please join our Parish to celebrate the Eucharist. Our Parish offers daily masses at 9:00am and two Mass times every weekend.
Saturday - 6.00pm
Sunday - 9.00am
Thank you to the families who have already donated to the winter appeal, your generosity is very much appreciated by us, St Vincent de Paul and the Guyra Community.
