2024 Parent Payment Contributions
The 2024 Parent Payment Contributions have been uploaded on to Xuno and can be found under the payments tab. We do appreciate your contribution towards your child’s curriculum costs, as these allow us to run educational programs within the school and provide resources to aid in your child’s learning.
The Curriculum Contribution charge has been split into 4 equal payments. You can choose to pay all 4 payments at once or one payment per term.
Current payment methods include XUNO, direct deposit or BPay.
Please contact Katrina in Finance if you wish to set up a payment plan.
Building Fund and Library Fund Contributions
Did you know that contributions over $2 to our Building Fund and Library Fund are tax deductable?
Gisborne Secondary School has established a School Building Fund Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) and School Library DGR which meet all ATO requirements.
These voluntary contributions can be used to make improvements to the buildings such as painting or floor coverings, and to improve the library furniture and fixtures or for books and collections.
If you have donated to one of our DGR funds within the last financial year, a copy of your tax invoice will be provided soon so you can claim it at tax time.
As always, we thank you for your generous donations to date.

If you received CSEF for your student at Gisborne Secondary College in 2023 there is no need to apply.
If your student is new to Gisborne Secondary College an application form will need to be filled out for 2024 – this includes 2024 Year 7 students transferring from a Primary School.
Excursion Permissions and Payments
Excursions on XUNO close for permission and payment three days before the event occurs. This allows the school time to confirm transport and staffing requirements. Please ensure you give permission and payment in a timely manner, so your child does not miss out on attending. Any student without permission and/or payment will not be able to attend and will need to remain at school.
If you wish to pay for an excursion using CSEF or credit on your account, you can do the permission on XUNO and either call or email the school to advise of the payment method you wish to utilise.
