Galilee Art Show!

One week to go! Our Art Showcase is next Wednesday 6th November from 3.45-4.45pm. We look forward to seeing all families at school to celebrate the incredible artwork that students have completed this year.

School Drop off and Pick up

School Drop off / Pick up & Road Crossing

We want to thank you for the families who left flowers and messages after Noel’s passing. Noel was a long-standing member of the Galilee community, always positive and loved helping students get to school safely.

If you use the crossing, please say hello to Brendan who has taken over from Noel. Brendan is diligent and tries to keep traffic flowing.

Our urban context can be useful to help students learn about safe crossing, as well as providing challenges and dangers. If you’re parking opposite the school, please use the correct crossing with a supervisor, to help all children learn safe crossing processes. There are a lot of opportunities for parking around the school on Bank St and Montague St where children don’t have to cross any roads, or only have to cross with crossing supervisors.

If you do want to come into school we encourage you to leave the 5 minute zones free and park a little further away, so that those spaces are free for drop-and-go.

Zooper Dooper Fundraiser!

Our Year 6 students are fundraising for their graduation! Please come and support them by purchasing a Zooper Dooper! They are on sale for $2 after school today! Cash and card accepted!
