2024 Celebration of Excellence

This past Monday, we came together for a significant event on our college calendar – the Celebration of Excellence Awards Ceremony. What a truly remarkable occasion it was. It is with immense pride and joy that we congratulate all the students who were awarded and honoured this year. These awards were a reflection of their hard work, dedication, service and outstanding achievements in the academic, cultural, sport, house, leadership, and community areas of college life.
To all the award recipients, we celebrate your commitment to excellence. Your perseverance, passion, and ability to strive for the very best in all that you do is truly inspiring. Whether you excelled in your studies, showcased exceptional talent in creative pursuits, demonstrated leadership, or made valuable contributions to the school community, you are a beacon of what can be achieved with determination and resilience. Congratulations! We would also like to acknowledge the support and encouragement provided by teachers, staff, and families who support our students each day.
The ceremony itself was a fantastic celebration, highlighting not just individual success, but the collaborative spirit and positive culture of our college. It serves as a reminder that excellence is not just about being the best – it’s about growth, effort, service and making a positive impact on those around us. Once again, our musicians shined with the talents of our choir, soloists Niamh Halfpenny and Marianna Campo and the FCIP Orchestras being a highlight of our evening. We thank our College Captains, Kate and Niamh for their thoughtful address, reminding us to strive for excellence and thank those who have supported us on our journey in 2024.
Once again, congratulations to all our students who were recognised at this year's awards. You have made us incredibly proud. We look forward to seeing you continue to shine brightly in the years to come!
