SAVE THE DATE: Parents Association Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Parents Association will be held on Tuesday, 16 September 2025, commencing at 6:30pm in the College Boardroom. An Agenda for the AGM, together with a Zoom link, will be circulated closer to the time.

 

At the upcoming AGM, all positions on the Executive Committee will be declared vacant:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary

Any member, who is present at the AGM, or has consented in writing to be elected, shall be eligible for election to the Executive Committee. Additional nominations of Executive Committee members may be accepted from the floor of the AGM.

 

We will sadly bid farewell to our current Treasurer (Dan Watson), as the end of his term coincides with his younger son’s imminent graduation from the College, and he will not be renominating for the position. The position of Vice President is currently vacant. At the AGM, our current President (Daniela Tonon) and Secretary (Sarah Adams) will renominate for a further term to assist with the transition to the new College Principal commencing in Term 1, 2026. We are looking for parents/guardians who may be interested in filling the roles of Vice President and Treasurer.

A Parents Association meeting will also be held immediately after the AGM.
