Sub School Updates
Hello everyone and welcome to Week 8 of Term 1!
We’re excited to bring you the latest updates and news at JSA. In this edition, you’ll find details of upcoming activities/dates as well as items for your attention. Thank you for being part of our vibrant learning community! As always, please reach out to your Sub School Leader if you have any questions or concerns.
General Updates
Green Operations Folder: Week 8 and Week 9 of this term will be dedicated by Sub School leaders in auditing these.
Work Programs: Teaching and Learning Programs are due every Monday at 9am for the week ahead.
Maintenance Programs/DISPLAN: Maintenance Programs and DISPLAN are overdue. Please ensure you have uploaded them to Share Point.
Tier 1 Checklists: Tier One checklists need to be completed and uploaded in your classroom's folder.
See Saw: Thank you for uploading photos to parents/carers. Families really enjoy receiving and sharing these photos together. The minimum requirement to upload pictures to parents/carers is one photo per student per week.
Yard Duty timetable: Please ensure you have the latest version on display. Seek support from your Sub School leader if you are unsure.
Playground Support Document: Please read and refer to this document. Please ensure new staff in the classroom have access to it.
Student Supervision Document: Afterschool supervision document and timetable for full time ES. Please follow the plans outlined on the document.
CTM's: Sub School leaders are attending every fortnight. Please ensure you are still conducting these when Sub School leaders are not in attendance and upload the minutes. If you encounter any difficulties with these, please seek support from your Sub School Leader.

Student absences: Please make sure you contact families on the first/second day of an 806 coded absence. If you can not make contact after 2 days, write a wellbeing report.
Secondary Sub School - Stefania Mantinioti
Playground Survey: Please complete this survey with your students. Once I have the results back from ALL classes I can work on a plan.
Yard Duty: Please ensure you have the latest timetable displayed. Note that Gym is now closed except if it is wet/hot day timetable. More staff have been allocated in PG6 to ensure supervision in the three key areas: Main PG, around R26 & E27 and behind mini-woollies building. Please ensure these spaces are actively supervised.
