Year 12 Food Studies

Year 12 Food Studies is in full swing. Students have been exploring how the body digests macronutrients, allowing for allergies and intolerances when cooking and nutritional needs for people throughout the lifespan. 

In practical lessons we have adapted recipes to allow for allergies, we have redesigned 2 minutes noodles to reflect and align with food models and explored recipes to support gut health.
