God is love..

This Sunday the second reading from the first letter of John states "God is love". This tells us that rather than a command to love one another, when we love others we are reflecting God himself. 

In the gospel John simply states:

As the Father loves me, so I also love you. Remain in my love.

John 15:9

The children have reflected on the Gospel about God's love for us, our love for God and others. This has linked beautifully with our Be Statement of 'Be Kind'.

Sacramental Program

We had a lovely evening last night led by Fr Martin preparing children and families for their First Eucharist and the journey towards this. 

May 6th Reconciliation work books are due to the Parish office.

*Children need to attend 3 Masses in this time.

Celebration dates are: 

July 20/21, 27/28 

Aug 3/4, 10/11 at the Church at any weekend Masses you choose.
