Numeracy News

Dear Parents, 

On Friday 10th May, Year 5 and 6 teachers will join Year 7 and 8 teachers from the Sutherland Shire Network to engage in professional learning. 

This professional learning focuses on improving student learning opportunities in Numeracy from Year 5 to 8. 

The professional learning will include:

• Guided Practice and Questioning through Conceptual Understanding 
• Procedural Fluency and Guided Practice and Questioning through Strategic Competence and Adaptive Reasoning

Our teachers are looking forward to engaging with your children's future high school educators.
