Well with Alice

World Laughter Day

The first Sunday of May is also known as the World Laughter Day.

Laughing can have a positive impact on wellbeing because it releases endorphins (natural painkillers), as it lowers stress in your body and gets your heart pumping while lowering your blood pressure. Laughter also helps to bring people closer to each other, so it's great to have a good laugh with friends!

So, please enjoy World Laughter Day by....

-cracking some jokes

-watching a funny movie

-finding funny memes

-practicing laughter yoga (yes it's a thing! See for example this video)

Have fun!

Kind regards,

Ms. Alice Romijn
