Hey everyone,

It’s scary how little time we have left in 2023 with our last SACs getting wrapped up and exams on the horizon. It’s hard to picture it in the cloudy mist of assessments but this dim light is a sunrise, not a sunset. We’re just getting started on our widely varied journeys, so here’s to a strong push to the end of the year. We would, however, like to remind everyone to rest up over the holidays because we have one last hill to climb before we can go wild over the summer break.

Even though everyone has been busy studying, the student body is still hosting some fantastic events. Enter: the rocking success of Art Week in Week 9! This was a qseries of events run by our art captains Lekha Hari Prasad and Luna Marko, consisting of mural painting, film workshop, crochet workshop, etc.

A final word from us: we would like to congratulate the new student leaders for 2024. To the new school captains, Rafael Choi, Seojin Hwang, Isabela Young, and Crystal Hui, we foresee an amazing team and wish you all the best over the next twelve months. To all our student leaders, we are looking forward to hearing about all your success and the spirit that you all bring to your roles. Leadership is a transformative experience no matter how you come upon it.

That’s all from us. We hope everyone has an amazing break and good luck for all the trial exams!

Kind Regards,

School Captains
