Hellie’s Christmas Drive
The members of the Glen Innes Highlands Lioness-Lions Club wish to express their appreciation to all those who have supported ‘Hellie’s Christmas Drive’ in past years.
In 2022, with the help of CWP renewables Sapphire Wind farm, Hellie’s family, Glen Innes Youth and Family Support Services staff, and heart-warming support from the ever-generous Glen Innes Community we were able to brighten the Christmas of 75 children and a large number of families in our community.
Following this success, our Club members are honored to conduct this Christmas Drive again in 2023 in memory of our dear friend Helen Jennings.
We would like to invite families and friends of St Joseph’s School Glen Innes to be involved by making donations of new/never used toys, books, games, art equipment, sporting equipment, etc. Please avoid any type of weaponry, war, or armed forces toys. The age range addressed by this drive is from birth to 16 years.
Donations can be made at the Town Hall.
