Mental Health Week - Monday 9 - 13 October 2023

What is World Mental Health Week?

Mental Health Awareness Week is an ideal time for us all to think about mental health, tackle stigma, and find out how we can create a society that prevents mental health problems from developing and protects our mental well-being.

The Mental Health Month theme for 2023 is 'We all have a role to play'. Whether it's taking time to care for yourself, caring for someone close to you, supporting your community to be more mental health aware, or being a mental health ally.
