Parent Volunteers to Assist in the Library 

Dear Parents and carers, 

Are you passionate about fostering a love for reading in our young learners? Do you have some free time on Thursday mornings? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We're looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks in our school library every Thursday morning from 8:40 am to 10:30 am. Your help will be invaluable in ensuring our library runs smoothly and efficiently.

Volunteer tasks may include:

• Covering books to protect them and extend their lifespan.
• Organizing and sorting shelves to make it easier for students to find their favourite reads.

If you're interested in becoming a library volunteer contact the school office.

Book club Issue 2 

Book Club

Issue 2 book club is out, and just a quick reminder that all book club orders are done online only via loop. If you have never done this before it is simple. You can visit scholastic.com.au/LOOP or you can download the app (search scholastic, then look for the app that has the word ‘loop’ written on it).

Bookclub orders will be finalised by Friday 4 April 2025 (next week). So make sure you get your orders in and all proceeds from book orders go towards purchasing new literacy resources in our school.
