1/2 Classroom News

We have had two fantastic weeks in Grade 1/2. 

Aged Care

Grade 2 students had their last visit for the Term. Students completed Easter craft with the residents. We are looking forward to many more visits in Term 2. Thank you to the Aged Care for the yummy lollies! 

STEM 

On Tuesday afternoons students have been participating in STEM activities. Students worked in small groups to create their own environment for dinosaurs, making sure they provided all the elements that each dinosaur might need to survive. 

Respectful Relationships

Students explored how our words can have a positive or negative impact on others. We discussed and brainstormed kind words that they can use instead. 

Reminders: 

Both classes will be borrowing from the Library every Thursday. Please make sure that any Library books are returned to school on this day.
