StMM’s School Bags
StMM’s has an official school bag commencing in 2025. All Kindergarten students are expected to have a StMM’s school bag. Any parent who needs to purchase a new school bag for the 2025 school is requested to purchase a StMM’s school bag for your child, please visit the school office to pick up a school bag. More stock is due to arrive soon.
Purchasing at StMM's
At StMM's the following items are sold through the front office: school bags, library bags, excursion bags and hats. The final day these can be purchased for 2024 is on Friday 12 December 2024.
2025
As we begin to prepare for 2025, if your child is not returning to St Margaret Mary’s school in 2025, please send an email to stmargaretmarys@parra.catholic.edu.au . It is a government requirement that the school is informed of the new school the child will be attending.
Year Six parents do not need to send an email.
School Uniform
StMM’s has a school uniform that all students are expected to wear each day to school. Please ensure that the correct uniform is purchased for the 2025 school year. Below are the requirements of the uniform including sports shoes that need to be white and hair ties blue or black.
The correct uniform can be purchased only from Lowes and we also have a second hand uniform shop available on the school premises.
Please ensure all pieces of uniform are labelled with the child’s name.
St Margaret Mary’s school has a uniform and therefore, it is expected that all students wear the correct uniform when attending school. The school has a uniform shop that sells second hand uniforms at a low cost.
Please label all items so if jackets or hats are left behind they can be reunited with the rightful owners.

Jewelery
Small stud/sleeper earrings and watches are acceptable, no other jewelery and smart watches are to be worn to school.
Make-up
Nail polish and make up is not to be worn.
Hair
Boys’ hair must be kept neat and tidy, no shorter than a number two cut. No longer than collar length.
Girls’ hair longer than collar length needs to be tied back with a blue or black hair tie/ribbon.
