Foundation Late Stay and 1/2 Sleepover
At school first we read a book so we calmed down. Next we had a snack and watched a show. Then we played games at the undercover. One game that I liked is where you throw a ball and the other person catches in it in the sticky part of their pad. Then we changed into our disco clothes and we had disco battles. Then we had dinner, it was pasta, it was yummy. Then we watched a movie. The Movie was Toy Story 4. Then we finally went to sleep and I was exhausted.

CAMP QUALITY
Last Friday we were fortunate to have Camp Quality, a charity that raises awareness of childhood cancer, and supports families, visit our school as part of their Escarpades car rally. They travelled from Canberra to Geelong, stopping along the way, and visiting community groups. The P-6 students attended a puppet school that explained, in kid terms, what cancer is and how it affects people. Then, 46 vehicles joined us on the school oval and all our students were able to inspect the vehicles and talk to the rally participants (and receive a whole bunch of goodies). Thanks to everyone who donated a gold coin.
