Karoo Graduation - Monday 16th December

Graduation Day and Evening Timeline: 

12:30pm: Year 6 students are able to be signed out, (for those families who are able to collect students at that time). Students are able to be supervised until 3:30pm by staff if not leaving school at 12:30.

 4:15 - 4:30pm: Students arrive at Rowville Performing Arts Centre, Humphreys Way, Rowville 

4:30 - 4:45pm: Parents arrive and are seated 

5:00pm: Graduation Ceremony begins 

6:30pm: Ceremony concludes

7:00pm: Parents drop off students at Karoo Primary School for dinner and disco 

9:00pm: Parents collect students from Karoo Primary School 

Dress Code for Graduation:

 The Year 6 Graduation is a formal event and all students are expected to wear neat and age-appropriate attire, including safe footwear as students will be dancing on stage. 

As a guide, dresses need to be an appropriate length, with straps, as students will be lifting their arms when performing. Shoes must be suitable to enable students to dance. If you are wearing a heel, it must be a small block heel that is comfortable whilst dancing. Suits and ties are optional. Denim can be worn, but please ensure it is smart and occasion appropriate.
