Library Borrowing
As we near the end of the school year, we would like to congratulate our students on their commitment to reading by using our school library. Throughout the 2024 school year, our Primary readers borrowed a whopping total of 6753 books. Fantastic effort! Thank you to all our families who support our readers on their literature adventures.

Next week, Week 7 (November 18th - Friday 22nd), our Primary students will still be able to borrow from the library however beginning Monday, November 25th (Week 8), the library will shift to “returns only”. Students will still be able to visit and enjoy our books during lunchtimes, however individual student borrowing will cease.
Celebrating Our Success in the Premiers' Reading Challenge
It is with immense pride that we announce the collective achievement of our school community in this year's Premiers' Reading Challenge. Together, we reached an impressive total of 7,178 books read, marking a significant milestone that deserves our heartfelt congratulations.
We would like to extend a special commendation to our top 10 readers who showcased exceptional dedication and enthusiasm throughout the challenge. Leading the way is Mitchell R, having read an astounding 228 books. Following closely are Diana C with 97 books, Japji G at 87, and Adeebnoor S with 71 books. Notable mentions also include Prep B with 70 books, Anhad S at 67, Emma O with 64, Ashira C at 58, Chenreeth F with 55, and Maria H and Sienna S, each reading 53 books.
Well done to all the students who met the challenge this year, displaying remarkable commitment to fostering a love for reading. We are grateful to our families for their unwavering support throughout this journey, and we extend our sincere thanks to Mrs Mibus for her diligent overseeing of the program. Let us continue to inspire and encourage each other in our reading pursuits!
