On a cold and wet Thursday, 35 MECS students headed to Bundoora Park to compete in the CSEN Championship Cross Country. What a fantastic day it was indeed! Despite very muddy conditions our students competed with passion and enthusiasm enabling very impressive results for MECS as a whole. Of particular note, Adelaide (U16G B Division 1st Place), Ambrie (U16G B Division 2nd Place), Jamie (U16B B Division 3rd Place) & Tyler (U14B B Division 3rd Place). We finished in 2nd place in Division B as a school! Well done MECS Championship Cross Country runners, you have represented MECS outstandingly!
