Concert
Please see the information below about the arrangements for students coming to Costa Hall for rehearsal on Monday and the School Concert arrangements on Monday evening.
REHEARSAL
- Students wear full school uniform
- Students bring a named water bottle - this bottle will be kept after school by teachers and taken to Costa Hall for the evening session
CONCERT
DROP OFF
- Students are required to be at Costa Hall at 5:30pm sharp in costume
- Parking is limited around Costa Hall due to construction works and we suggest you allow additional time to find suitable parking
- Students and families may enter Costa Hall and parents/carers ‘hand’ their child/ren over to staff at the Outer Foyer
- Once parents/carers have ‘handed’ over their child/ren, parents/carers are requested to promptly leave the Outer Foyer and return at 6:00pm
- Students will wait with their teachers while rolls are marked and final messages are provided to students
- Families are asked to wait outside Costa Hall until doors are opened at 6:00pm. This will provide teachers some time to assemble their class in the correct order
PICK UP
- Our Concert will conclude at approx. 8:30pm
- Students will be escorted from their seats by their teachers at the conclusion of the concert
- We ask all families please remain seated until all students have assembled in the Court Yard with their teacher
- An announcement will be made for families to leave Costa Hall and one parent/carer will need to collect students from the Court Yard
- It is important that rolls are marked by teachers for every child prior to departure
Please note that students are required to stay for the duration of the whole concert.
We are looking forward to a wonderful concert and appreciate your cooperation with this process for the night to ensure all runs smoothly.
Concert Ticket Sales
Tickets can be purchased online at https://geelongartscentre.org.au/whats-on/all-events/when-i-grow-up-manifold-heights-primary-school/ or through the Geelong Arts Centre Box Office by phone on 1300 251 200 or at 50 Little Malop Street, Geelong. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm or Saturday, 10am-3pm.
Ticket prices are;
Adults - $22.00
Child (under 16 years) - $16.00
Students performing at the School Concert do not require a ticket.

All tickets must be presented upon entry into Costa Hall.
