Father’s Day Stall

We have our annual Father’s Day stall coming up at the end of this month, and this year we have a change of day.  Normally we hold the stall on the Friday before Father’s Day.  This year, with so many of our awesome students heading up to the Gold Coast for the National Aerobics Championships, we are holding the stall on Wednesday 28th August.

The stall is a great opportunity for our students to learn how to handle money, receive change, make choices of gifts, to decide what is good value, and to enjoy choosing a present for their dad or special person. 

Maximum spending amount is $15 and there is a wide range of gifts to choose from.  Students will be taken to the stall by class, starting with the Foundation classes.

If you would like to help on the day, we need some more volunteers to assist from 8.30am to 12.30pm.  You would be helping students choose gifts, selling raffle tickets or taking money.  Please sign up at https://volunteersignup.org/BRYR9 if you can help on the day. 

Paper Bird Book Registry

Flyers for the Paper Bird Book Registry are coming home today.  We hope you will take a look at the online registry at https://flightbypaperbird.com.au/apps/giftregistry/registry/293772 and consider purchasing a book for our new library.  We have so much more space to be filled with new books!

All books purchased through the Registry will be put on display during the grand opening celebration in Term 4.
