Congratulations to our most recent Award winners!

Foundation

 

  • Sylvia W (FBW)- ‘Be Your Best’ for the beautiful presentation of your writing and drawings, always giving your best effort and showing a strong eagerness to learn and improve.

  • Lennox M (FBW)- ‘Be Your Best’ for consistently showing kindness and respect to everyone, listening carefully, and giving your best effort each and every day.

  • Quinn B (FBW)- ‘Be Your Best’ for bringing your bright and cheerful personality to school each day and embracing every part of school with enthusiasm.

  • Delilah P (FSC) ‘Be Your Best’ for an exceptional start to your home reading routine.  Delilah, it is great to see you reading at home every day and getting your home reading diary filled in – keep up the great work! 

  • Lulu G (FSC) - ‘Be responsible’ for always working hard to keep our classroom tidy and organised by helping to hand out glue sticks and scissors, and by packing away items that your classmates have left out—thank you for being such a responsible and helpful member of our class!

     

 

Year 1

 

  • Layla G (1GM) – ‘Be Your Best’ for being such a hard worker and finishing tasks on time.

  • Ariel S (1GS) – ‘Be Your Best’ for giving 100% effort on every task you do.  You take such pride in your work, allowing your learning to continue to improve.  Well done Ariel. 

     

Year 2

 

  • Sylvie K (2CL) - ‘Be Your Best’ for showing pride in the presentation her work. You are to be congratulated for working hard so to improve you handwriting Sylvie, it looks amazing. Well done!

  • Leo S (2CL) - ‘Be Your Best’ for being such an enthusiastic learner during our maths lessons. It is great to see you confidently answering questions and completing all set tasks independently. Great work Leo!

  • Boston M (2ZH) - ‘Be Responsible’ for starting our year with positive choices both in the classroom and on the yard.  Your choices have resulted in great learning!

  • Hugo S (2ZH) - ‘Be Your Best’ for challenging yourself more and more with your learning.  Your focus on tasks has allowed you to keep improving your learning in the classroom. 

     

Year 3 & 4

 

  • Will C (3/4LB) - ‘Be Your Best’ for showing politeness towards all members of your classroom.  Keep being a role model for your peers.  Well done, Will!

  • Miles E (34/LB) - ‘Be Responsible’ for getting organised for all classroom lessons and listening to instructions.  Keep looking to get the best out of yourself, Miles!

  • Amelia K (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for the amazing start to Year 4 and for becoming such a wonderful role model to others in our class.  Amelia, you always take such pride in your work and give your very best consistently.  Proud of you!  Keep it up!

  • Nash G (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for being such a great role model to others in class and taking the initiative to ask for harder work when you need it.  Impressive work Nash.  Keep it up!

  • Jack B (3/4JS) - ‘Be Your Best’ for always being willing to contribute during whole class tasks and using your independent learning time effectively.  Keep up the great work Jack!

  • Macey C (3/4JS) - ‘Be Your Best’ for always taking such care and pride in your work.  You always complete tasks to a very high standard.  Keep up the great work Macey. 

 

 

Year 5 & 6

 

  • Lenny B (5/6EN) - ‘Be Responsible’ for sharing his learning in maths, being an active contributor and helping his classmates during these sessions.  We appreciate your support, Lenny!

  • Taanashe M (5/6EN) - ‘Be your Best’ for putting in 100% to all areas of your learning, being positive and completing her tasks.

  • Marlie W (5/6TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for consistently putting her hand up and joining class discussions.  Thanks for your valuable input Marlie!

  • Edie E (5/6TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for the excellent way you approach our literacy lessons.  Edie you always work diligently to ensure you pick up new concepts quickly.  Well done!

  • Ari C (5/6GC) - ‘Be Your Best’ for making positive choices and showing maturity in his learning.  Ari brings humour to the classroom but knows when to focus, always completing his work to a high standard.

  • Lucas C (5/6GC) - ‘Be Responsible’ for showing kindness, teamwork, and a willingness to support classmates.  Lucas contributes positively to our classroom and is always ready to help others succeed.

 

Specialist  

(Year 3 - 6)

P.E.

  • Riley M (3/4LB) - ‘Be your Best’ for your positive attitude and enthusiasm when completing running activities.  You are a fantastic runner, keep working hard.  Well done Riley. 

  • Lila T (5/6TD) - ‘Be your Best’ for showing great determination when training for the colour run and when playing games.  You continue to improve in your running and help to encourage others around you to do the same.  Well done Lila. 

 

AUSLAN

  • Jack V (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for your excellent handshapes and your enthusiastic dedication to practising Auslan.  Your hard work, focus, and commitment to improving your signing skills are paying off.  Keep up the fantastic effort Jack!

  • Marlie W (5/6TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for ensuring your hand signs are clear and accurate, and for confidently working hard to put sentences together in Auslan.  Keep up the fantastic effort and keep signing with confidence!

STEAM

  • Tyler P (34JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for demonstrating a strong understanding of how forces and friction affect movement through the design and testing of a curling rock.  You showed creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to connect science and maths to Winter Olympic sports.  Well done!

  • Grace B (34JM) – ‘Help Others Succeed’ for being a trusted and supportive team member during the Curling Rock Winter Olympics challenge.  You showed wonderful encouragement and kindness to others throughout the challenge.  Your positive influence helped create a strong and cooperative team spirit.  Keep up the great effort! 

 

(Foundation – Year 2)

The Arts

  • Charlee F (2ZH) - ‘Help Others Succeed” for working wonderfully in all art lessons, and in particular for always being willing to help out others and to share her artistic skills.  Thank you, Charlee.

  • Boston M (2ZH) – ‘Be Your Best’ for listening carefully to instructions, allowing him to complete a beautiful masterpiece of a child holding an umbrella, showcasing his knowledge of the colour wheel.

  • Milla L (2ZH) – ‘Be Your Best’ for always taking her time on her art work, ensuring that lesson outcomes are met, leaving her with a delightful piece of artwork.

 

MUSIC

  • Saxon C (5/6EN) – ‘Be Your Best’ for being willing and eager to use his singing voice in whole class ensemble work. 

  • Atticus M (5/6 EN) – ‘Be Your Best’ for his mastery of 4 chords on the ukulele and ability to change between them quickly and cleanly during whole class performace. 

 

 

Happy Birthday
