Meet and Greet Details

Dear parents and carers,

Our Parent Teacher Meet and Greets are happening on Tuesday Feb 18.

This year we once again will have a hybrid format with the first block of appointments to be online and the second block to be in person to support as many parents as possible being able to attend. These initial meetings are a chance for you to communicate and talk through any information about your child you think will be helpful for the classroom teacher to know about.

Note: There are no meet and greet appointments for Foundation families as parents have had the opportunity to meet with teachers at testing appointments and a separate Foundation Parent Information Night will be held on Thursday February 19 at 7:00pm.

IMPORTANT

All Interviews booked between 2:00pm and 5:00pm will be online.

All Interviews booked between 5:20pm and 8:00pm will be in person.

All classroom teachers will be in the hall to facilitate these meetings.        

Early Pickup and Supervision

The meetings will begin at 2:00pm. To facilitate this, families are asked to pick their children up at 1:20pm on this day. Any students who are unable to be picked up early can be supervised in the hall until 3:30. A separate form to indicate supervision needs will be sent out next week.
