Nude Food Tuesday Trophy

On Friday Miss Middlin will be running a Nude Food competition. This competition is aiming to promote sustainability across the school. Nude Food is simply food that is not wrapped in foil, plastic or commercial packaging. On Tuesday selected students will be allocated a time to survey classes to see how many have brought Nude Food to school. The class with the most students with the most Nude Food will receive the new Nude Food Trophy.

Our old trophy has been misplaced, therefore we are looking for a replacement trophy and we need you to design it. The trophy needs to be 3D; it can be made out of recycled materials or on an application, such as Makers Empire. The design can be no bigger than a piece of A4 paper. Entries close on Friday March 7th and the winner will be announced on the 14th of March. Please hand your designs to Miss Middlin in the P-2 STEM Room.

Every fortnight we will be having a STEM question for students to answer. The questions will be posted in the school's newsletter. These questions will not be compulsory, but will be a bit of fun and a challenge for students. Students can write their answer on a piece of paper and place it in the appropriate box inside the STEM room. At the end of the week Miss Middlin will do a lucky dip and select one student from Prep- 2 will receive a small science related prize.

Thai week's STEM question is:

What are the four seasons?
